A few days ago the fourth ring of the main dome was completed, and almost immediately the fifth ring was begun. Each of the segments will be installed every two days. Excitement pulsed through the hearts of the TOVP devotees as they watched the first piece of the main dome structure being hoisted into the air. The 6.3m x 3.9m stainless steel portion of the dome shell traveled approximately 52m from the ground by two cranes before reaching its destination. Laborers then began the arduous process
