Hare Krsna, all glories to Srila Prabhupada!

This blog will be a means to inform every one of weekly updates and news regarding progress of the new temple in Sri Dham Mayapur. Let us not forget what the mission and mood of this temple project is. As Srila Prabhupada most eloquently said;

“… one day this Krisna Consciousness movement will change the world from the most dangerous condition; that is the wish of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu, and tomorrow we shall be celebrating the Lords Appearance Day by laying down the corner-stone for our World Headquarters here at Mayapur”. (26/2/1972)

So far work on the temple has been going at a steady rate. The piles are constantly getting pounded in at 23 meters. Up to today, 635 piles have been made. The stainless steel frames have been placed inside the piles, and the concrete is being poured in.

We will deliver the news to the very best of our ability, and wish that you keep Mayapur in your thoughts and prayers so that our progress will continue to run smoothly. One day soon we will all see Srila Prabhupadas vision come to life!
