Development of the ToVP is progressing in many ways. Work has begun on the deity forms of our Guru Parampara. Srila Prabhupada expressed his desire that the parampara be worshipped in diety form alongside Panchatattva and Radha-Madhava.
He desired life-size deity forms cast in bronze linking back to Lord Caitanya via The six Goswamis, whom he also wanted installed and worshipped in life-size diety forms. Consequently, The six Goswamis in standing form and nine sitting acharyas are planned. The nine sitting figures are being modeled in Ganga clay by expert Krsnanagar clay artists. ToVP members Bhaskara Das, Drdha Das and Manjula Laksita Dasi, amongst others, are supervising the process. Valuable input is being offered by Pankajanghri Prabhu and Jananivas Prabhu who have definite ideas regarding facial expressions and postures. Work has also begun on the clay for Gaur Kishora Das Babaji and Srila Bhaktisiddhanta, while the forms of Srila Prabhupada and Bhaktivinode Thakur are nearly finished. The models created are all the preliminary forms waiting for approval.
