Gunacuda Mataji’s 3rd graders came into the offices today from Sri Mayapur International School to inquire about the ToVP.
With notebooks and pencils ready, they gathered around Bhumi Mataji’s desk to ask inquisitive question after question.
“Mataji, how tall is the temple?”
“Where will the main roads be?”
“Will the grass be soft?”
After a quick visit to meet Sadbhuja Das to also ask him many inspiring questions, Bhumi and I took them onto the construction site to see the inside of the temple. Walking in with them was the most exciting time I’ve had walking into the empty shell of the temple. They were awe-struck and giddy, and it made us feel the same way. All of a sudden the temple became alive through the eyes of the children and we could really feel the depth and significance this project will have on future generations of devotees.
