The first 3-meter (10′) figure for the dancing Sankirtana group, which will be placed at the base of the TOVP Main Dome, was recently cast from fiberglass and yesterday fixed at a height of 52 meters (170′) above the main Altar. This was done for clearer visualization and final approval of the sizes of the figures and the thickness of the bas-relief.
Everyone was satisfied with the test results, and the work on making the rest of the figures continues. In total, it is planned to place about 120 3-meter-tall figures along the perimeter of the main dome, including Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and the rest of the Panchatattva members.
